
Ground veal meatballs with cheese and mushroom sauce
Great cheesy taste
Yield: 4 portions
Perfect for a small family
Ingredients
-1 lb ground veal
-1/2 diced red onion
-1 cup of parmesan cheese
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1 can of mushroom cream (284ml)
-1 egg
-2 cups of milk
-2 c. tablespoons olive oil
- parsley to taste
-salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a bowl mix the ground veal with the parmesan cheese, onion and egg
Shape the mixture into balls (8-10)
Roll the meatballs in flour & add salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Add the veal meatballs and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly
Add two cups of milk and the can of cream of mushroom soup
Well mixed to obtain a homogeneous liquid
Simmer over low heat 10-15min or until the sauce thickens and the meat is well cooked.
Stir regularly and add parsley to taste
Serve on a bed of luigini or rice
